Calling all breakfast lovers, Chef Lindsey’s gourmet twist on “breakfast for dinner” is gonna knock your February socks off. Get ready for two traditional morning family table favorites (pancakes and waffles) be elevated into an artistic and deliciously paired food + wine experience. Each course is gluten free with a vegetarian option.
Lindsey will begin the evening with a trio of Beet Root Canapé Pancakes. Each canapé is topped with a whipped herbed goat cheese spread, carrot ribbons, lox, red onion slivers, capers, fresh dill and a delicate drizzle of honey.
The main course is her famous belgium waffle paired with paprika chicken thighs, sliced portobello mushrooms and roasted cauliflower. She’ll top it off with a spicy sweet mango compote, tart matchsticked green apples, sage salt and swirl of pure maple syrup.
Lindsey’s third course is a sweetly plated finale of melon and berries, dressed up in a silky raw cacao sauce and crumbled bacon.
