This class is for any child that knows their way around the kitchen, that can successfully follow basic recipes and comfortable in the kitchen with only some parent involvement.   In this class, the kids will learn the technique of pan-searing a chicken breast and finishing in the oven, make a bechamel sauce, blanching vegetables (and why this is a fantastic technique), and make a dessert.
These are techniques and skills that are sure to grow your child’s love of cooking and eating great food!
