Watch as your instructor\, Chef Liz\, guides you through the process of making this luxurious\, egg-rich dough — from mixing and proofing\, to shaping and baking. You’ll learn: \n\n\nThe science behind enriched doughs \n\n\nHow to incorporate butter properly for the perfect texture \n\n\nTips for shaping brioche rolls and loaves \n\n\nYou’ll sample freshly baked brioche served with a variety of spreads while learning how this elegant bread can be adapted for sweet or savory dishes. \n🔹 Part 2: Make-Your-Own Ciabatta – Rustic & Chewy\nNext\, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with authentic Ciabatta dough.
