DESCRIPTION:Gale Gand is an American pastry chef\, cookbook author\, and television personality.  She has been an executive pastry chef at several high end restaurants in the United States and has won several James Beard Foundation Awards for her work.  We are so grateful that she continues to share her passion for pastries through teaching at The Joyful Gourmet! \nLearn 3 recipes from Baking with Julia Cookbook\, which recently won Top 25 Most Influential Cook Books.  Chef Gale had the fortunate opportunity to contribute to that book and film 2 episodes with Julia Child for the PBS TV series of the same name.  Chef Gale will have copies of the book for sale as well.  Tastes will be provided at the end of class. \nChef: Gale Gand \nCoffee and Tea are complimentary.  Wine\, beer\, soda\, and San Pelligrino can be purchased at the wine bar. \n10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.  \n
