We have a variety of knife types and styles for use in class or you are welcome to bring your own. \nYou will learn: \n\nTypes of knives\, what you should have in your drawer\nBrands of knives\nCare of your knife\nTypes of cuts- dicing\, slicing\, mincing\nTypes of cuts for different application\n\nInstructor: Chef Liz \nCoffee and Tea are complimentary. Wine\, beer\, soda\, and Pellegrino can be purchased. \nA 10% off coupon will be handed out during class which can be used up to three days after initial class date.
