SUMMARY:Casual Cuisine - Roasted Chicken w/Risotto (Participation)
DESCRIPTION:Chef Liz is joining me in my pursuit to make cooking easy\, delicious and fast and at the same time elevate your skills to make cooking fun and hassle free \nCasual Cuisine is a new class I’ll be teaching twice a month on Tuesday nights.  The menu will focus on easy weeknight meals that are full of flavor yet not take hours to prepare.  Each class you will learn some basic knife skills\, cooking techniques\, and tricks of trade to make cooking fun and easy.  Most classes will be full participation yet there might be come exceptions due to time constraints.   I hope you will join me for a fun night out with friends and leave class with new ones. \n______________________________________________________________ \nFor our dinner tonight Chef Liz will help the class prepare and roast a chicken with Garlic Herb Butter. \nMushroom Risotto will be accompanying this meal……If you have never made Risotto is incredible easy just time consuming.  Learn how to make it ahead of time to save standing at the stove for 45 min. \nDessert will be a Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Raspberries. Most of you many have tasted a Vanilla or chocolate version of this classic Italian dessert. Making it with buttermilk will add another layer of flavor for you to try. \nA glass of wine will be served with dinner. \nHands On \n10% off all in Store merchandise during class.
