The festival was officially named Oktoberfest and gradually evolved into a large public event featuring beer tents\, traditional Bavarian food\, music\, and amusement rides. \nJoin us for a delightful Oktoberfest hands-on cooking class\, where you’ll prepare a menu inspired by the rich traditions of this iconic festival that began in 1810 to celebrate a royal wedding in Munich. Experience the flavors of Germany as you craft succulent chicken schnitzel\, cheesy spaetzle adorned with caramelized onions and crispy shallots\, tangy red cabbage\, and end on a sweet note with classic apple strudel.
