DESCRIPTION:March 15th – Cheese Lovers Class 11:30 – 1:30 \nChef Gale Gand will demonstrate 3 recipes using cheese plus teach you the differences between different milks\, rinds and aging processes\, plus how to pick and buy cheeses for the perfect cheese board or course\, and how to properly serve them and store them. Tastes will be provided at the end of class. \n\n\nGale Gand is an American pastry chef\, cookbook author\, and television personality.  She has been an executive pastry chef at several high-end restaurants in the United States and has won several James Beard Foundation Awards for her work.  We are so grateful that she continues to share her passion for pastries through teaching at The Joyful Gourmet! \nMenu: \nManchego Gougere (sheep milk) \nSpinach and Aged Cheddar Cheese Soufflé (cow milk) \nGoat Cheese Panna Cotta (goat milk) \nParticipation Level: Demonstration \nChef: Gale Gand \nCoffee and Tea are complimentary.
