Instead of sauce you’ll stuff chicken breasts and make a cream sauce with spinach. This is a great class for beginners as they learn some basic cooking skills\, for those more experienced\, you get to improve your cooking chops and everyone gets to ask the chef your questions. \nMenu: \nClassic Caprese Salad \nHomemade Fettuccini \nMozzarella stuffed chicken breast with spinach cream sauce \nTiramisu \nWhat you learn: how to make pastry cream\, make a cream sauce without it separating\, make pasta using two different flours\, rolling out pasta to get the right thickness. \nGuests will get a glass of wine with dinner\, additional wine can be purchased. \n10% off all in store merchandise for guests during class (does not include wine) \n
