Then\, roll up your sleeves to prepare jumbo pasta shells generously filled with creamy ricotta\, fresh herbs\, and a touch of Parmesan. These will be nestled into a rich pesto sauce for a comforting\, aromatic main dish. Cannoli’s will be provided by Tony Cannoli in Mundelein. \nPerfect for food lovers of all skill levels\, this class blends fresh seasonal ingredients\, classic Italian techniques\, and plenty of tasting along the way—so you leave with both new skills and a satisfied appetite.
