It is possible to eat healthy and it still be delicious. Chef Mario will take you through some techniques to make healthy and great dishes! Cast iron roast chicken, brown rice pilaf with chick peas & green beans, white bean soup with kale and fennel, arugula and mixed green salad. Gluten free and dairy free. This is a participation class, and comes with a glass of wine. Enjoy!
