In this hands-on class\, you’ll learn to craft the perfect cannoli shell and fill it with your choice of delicious fillings. Tony will guide you through each step\, sharing tips and techniques to create these classic treats. \nTo complement your creations\, enjoy a curated wine flight\, thoughtfully paired to enhance the experience. Whether you’re a Cannoli Connoisseur or a Cannoli Rookie\, this class promises a fun and flavorful experience. \nMenu: Each participant receives a piece of dough that we roll into 3 cannoli. Tony’s family recipe is not provided\, but he will explain all the techniques necessary to make the shells. \nChef: Tony\, owner of Tony Cannoli in Mundelein \nHands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way. \nWine Flight is included with the event for those 21+.
