You will leave this class with the confidence to easily give your favorite knives a sharp edge. \nWhether you have European chef‘s knives\, fine Damascus and Japanese blades or the knives gifted to you when you moved into your first apartment you will learn new skills\, tips and tricks for arguably the most important tool in your kitchen. \nDemonstration and Participation: Sit back\, take notes and learn new skills while your Chef-Instructor walks you through lots of tips and tricks for knife sharpening.
