DESCRIPTION:Join us for a hands-on experience in creating delicious traditional Korean dumplings\, or “mandu”! In this class\, you’ll explore the rich flavors of Korean cuisine. The instructor will guide you through the process of preparing the dough\, wrapping the dumplings\, and cooking them to perfection. \nNo experience required – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook\, you’ll walk away with new skills and the recipe to recreate the dish at home. \nWhat to Expect: \n\nIntroduction to Mandu: Learn about the history and cultural significance of Korean dumplings.\nHands-On Cooking: You’ll get to create your own dumplings\, from mixing the fillings to shaping them.\nTasting & Enjoying: Once your dumplings are cooked\, enjoy the fruits of your labor with other participants.\n\nHands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way. \nMenu: \n\nPork and Chives Mandu\, very popular and traditional dumpling\nKimchi Mandu\, spicy cabbage dumpling (vegetarian)\nJap Chae\, a traditional glass noodle stir fry\n\nChef: Laura Claude \nCoffee and Tea are complimentary.  Wine\, beer\, soda\, and San Pelligrino can be purchased at the wine bar. \n10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event.
