You will also learn to make the lemony Ricotta filling and how to pipe it onto the ‘little hats’ which is what Cappelletti means. \nChef Andy who is an expert at making this pasta will pair it with a Little Gem Caesar salad topped with a homemade caesar dressing. \nThe pasta is served in a lemony butter sauce with winter vegetables. \nFor protein\, he will make Braised Chicken thighs adding it into the lemony pasta sauce. \nA complete meal. \nA glass of wine and a small charcuterie board will be served with dinner. \n10% off all in store merchandise during the class
