Salmon is good when its cooked OK, but GREAT when it’s prepared properly. Chef Mario will teach the group the basics of pan searing salmon and cooking to perfection. This is more of a demonstration class, with some light participation for those that want to help. Pan Roasted Salmon. Farro with Tomatoes and Fresh Herbs Garlic Roasted Broccoli. Baby Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad with Apples and Lemon Vinaigrette. Enjoy dinner with a glass of wine!
If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
