In this class we teach how to manage cast‑iron heat + smoke + aromatics — when it enhances and when it distracts from the Tuscan style. \nAdditionally\, you’ll craft vibrant Burst Cherry Tomatoes and Ricotta\, to layer on local made fresh pasta- a dish that feels like peak summer in every bite.
