In this hands-on class\, you will learn to prepare various tapas dishes with the help of Chef Laura. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced cooks alike and promises to leave you with expert knowledge of Spanish tapas. \nParticipation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way. \nMenu:\n \n\nManchego Cheese Puff with Fig Jam\nPatatas Bravas (roasted potatoes with spinach\, tomato sauce and garlic aioli)\nGambas al Ajillo (Spanish garlic shrimp served with sliced toasted baguette)\nAlbondigas (Spanish style meatball in tomato sauce)\nMini Basque Cheesecake (Spanish style caramelized cheesecake served with port wine strawberries)\n\nChef: Laura \nOne glass of wine or beer is included with the event – or coffee if you prefer!  Additional beverages are available for purchase at the wine bar. \n10% off all regularly priced merchandise during the event. \nJoin us for a night of classic cuisine and good company!
