DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to welcome Chef Andy back after the birth of his beautiful baby girl!  To celebrate we are recreating our first ever cooking class that we held at The Joyful Gourmet.  Chef Andy hosted our first cooking class and prepared steak au poivre and it was amazing!  Steak au Poivre is a perfectly seared and succulent steak\, coated in a luxurious peppercorn crust and accompanied by a velvety brandy cream sauce\, this classic French dish is sure to impress. Join us as we dive into the art of French cuisine and indulge in a truly unforgettable dining experience.
