I can say with all honesty, this is one of my favorite summer salads. I have to wait every year for the season to roll around for peaches and nectarines, so unfair, but so worth the wait. You will love the Tarragon Vinaigrette that adds a warm- slight anise flavor that brings out the sweet of the nectarines & shrimp.
