Whole Chicken Demo – Farm to Table Sustainable Meal

Eat local, waste nothing.  Chef Andy will walk you through how to break down whole chicken and how to use everything and cook delicious!   Half roasted chicken, parisian gnocchi, chicken jus, crunchy salad.  This will be a demonstration class where you’ll learn about the ingredients and techniques to prepare.  Dinner comes with a glass of wine – craft soda or beer also available.    Learn, and enjoy!
