DESCRIPTION:Want to increase your knowledge of wines perfectly paired for Fall and Fall holiday hosting?    We’re pleased to announce wine tasting with local Sommelier Pierre Asti who travels the country hosting wine events and teaching.\n\nStart with a short session on how to smell and taste wine – learn what your mouth and nose are telling you about what you are drinking.   Then we’ll step through 1 sparkling and 2 whites and 3 perfect reds that work wonderfully for the Fall and Thanksgiving!\n\n\nWine tastings at The Joyful Gourmet are a lot of fun – we’ll sample 6 wines\, have some small bites to learn about food pairings\, then end with time to enjoy a full pour of your favorite and mingle.\n\nThis will not be a full meal\, so recommend to grab a 5 or 530 reservation at one of the MANY awesome restaurants in downtown Libertyville and be here at 7!\n\nWines featured at the tasting will be available for purchase by the bottle or case at a discount – these will be prices lower than you can get anywhere\, and some amazing unusual wines that typically fall into the $30-60 range.
