Due to the snow fall and very windy cold temperatures just prior to Christmas we had to postpone this class, we are presenting it again with the hope travel will be more accommodating.
Chef Mario has created a really nice dinner for those interested in ‘after the holidays’ dining. Please join us, learn some valuable cooking tips and get involved making a dish or two.
Salad – Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Pears, Red Onion and Dijon Vinaigrette
Second Course – Whole Roasted Squash, Quinoa, Herbs, Maple Yogurt
Third course: Crispy Chicken, White Beans, Spinach
Dessert – Carrot Cake, Cream Cheese Frosting
A glass of wine or beer is included in the cost of the event. Wine by the glass is available for purchase after the first.
All guests receive 10% off in store merchandise during the class (except for wine).
This is a chef-demonstration event, but recipes will be available and you will leave the event with lots of tips and tricks for these dishes and overall cooking techniques!
