DESCRIPTION:Christmas was a time for my grandmothers to show off their holiday cooking skills\, I looked forward to it ever year. Sometimes there would be so much food\, it was a feast for sure. This winter dinner is also a feast\, Chef Mario has created a really nice dinner for those interested in holiday dining.  Please join us\, learn some valuable cooking tips and get involved making a dish or two. \nSalad – Brussel Sprouts\, Kale\, Pears\, Red Onion and Dijon Vinaigrette \nSecond Course – Whole Roasted Squash\, Quinoa\, Herbs\, Maple Yogurt \nMain Course – Crispy Chicken Thighs\, White Beans\, Spinach \nDessert – Carrot Cake\, Cream Cheese Frosting \nA glass of wine or beer is included in the cost of the event.  Wine by the glass is available for purchase after the first. \nAll guests receive 10% off in store merchandise during the class (except for wine). \nThis is a chef-demonstration event\, but recipes will be available and you will leave the event with lots of tips and tricks for these dishes and overall cooking techniques!
