I serve this at home every few months as a treat, It’s easy and fast, its great for a small dinner party and most of the ingredients you may have in the pantry……except for the lobster.

- Spicy Lobster Pasta w/Tomatos, lemon zest, red pepper flakes (Heat is optional)
- Homemade pasta, will be made ahead of time
- Butter lettuce with an Orange Vinaigrette, Cranberries, Avocado and Asiago cheese
- Key Lime Pie

- How to make homemade salad dressing
- Cook and de-shell a lobster tail
- Homemade pasta from scratch
Participation: This is a hands on class for the preparation of the meal, there will be opportunities to cook with the chef for those interested.
A glass of wine will be served with dinner along with a Charcuterie board. Tea and coffee are complimentary.
