Come join us for Chef Andy’s last day with us before he takes a break and welcomes his baby in November.  Each course of this meal will be paired with a wine to compliment the flavors of the dish.  This night will be an amazing meal that you cannot experience many places.  Come join us and have some fun
Participation:  Demonstration
Menu:
  • 1st: melon salad with cucumber/ jalapeno vinaigrette, speck
  • 2nd:  ricotta agnolotti with  sun gold tomato sugo
  • 3rd: corn risotto with seared scallops
  • 4th: braised pork. Peach mostarda, roasted cippolini onion
  • 5th: olive oil cake, roasted apples, whipped cream

Recipes will not be available for this night but Chef Andy will give you lots of tips and tricks as he walks you through each course.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
