Little Chefs Cooking Camp: Confidence in the Kitchen (Ages 8-11)
Monday: Kitchen Safety: Teaching kids about knife handling, hot surfaces, and proper handwashing.
Tuesday: Basic Cooking Techniques: Sautéing, Poaching, Steaming, Roasting
Wednesday: Bakers Best: Demonstrating simple skills like stirring, whisking, measuring, and kneading.
Thursday: Understanding Ingredients: Introducing children to different fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins, and their nutritional benefits.
Friday: A little competition mixed with teamwork makes for a great learning environment allowing students the opportunity for showcasing the cooking skills they learned and their talents.
Students will enhance their culinary skills and gain confidence in the kitchen while having a blast. Join us from Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm, for a class full of fun and flavors.

Camp is Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm. Must be able to participate in all 5 days. No partial refunds will be available.
