We’ll make Italian Wedding Soup Risotto with tiny meatballs, wilted escarole and spinach, and parmesan cheese, plus Caponata, a stewed tomato-ie eggplant and sweet pepper appetizer served on crostini, and a classic Orange Olive Oil Cake scented with rosemary for dessert. Tastes will be provided.
