In this intimate class, you’ll learn to prepare classic dishes like ratatouille, herbes de Provence roast chicken, tapenade, and a seasonal fruit tart—all using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Sip a chilled rosé as you chop, stir, and savor the traditions of French countryside cooking.

Salade nicoise: seared tuna, bibb lettuce, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, green beans, tomatoes Dijon-white wine vinaigrette
Poulet rotie: Classic French Roasted chicken served with ratatouille
Demonstration – Chef’s Table Event: Sit back, take notes and learn new skills while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
