Join us for another edition of our Local Chef Series of Cooking and Baking experiences at The Joyful Gourmet!

This genuine BBQ feast you will experience cutting into a fresh Brisket, Slaw, and Corn Bread after Making Your Own Mac and Cheese and Building Your Own Seasoning Rub to Take Home and share the skills you learn from the class to recreate this masterpiece of a meal at home.

Participation:

• Grab an Apron and Chef Kevin will provide his tips and tricks to help you make a memorable Mac N Cheese that will be baked and enjoy in house.
• A variety of spices will be provided to create your own Seasoning Rub Packet to take home for your next Backyard BBQ to impress family and friends
