A Cozy Italian Lunch is a warm, hands-on cooking class designed to slow down and savor classic Italian flavors. Participants will actively prepare each dish together—from mastering the crisp, golden technique of Mozzarella en Carrozza to balancing sweet and bitter notes in a pear, radicchio, and arugula salad. Along the way, we’ll focus on practical techniques, seasonal ingredients, and relaxed kitchen confidence. The class ends by sharing a comforting winter lunch that feels both rustic and refined.
