A 4-course Hands-On Cooking Bistro Experience : Scallops

Tuesday, January 20
$99.00

Step into the warmth of the kitchen for an intimate 4-Course Hands-On Bistro Cooking Experience centered around perfectly cooked scallops and comforting seasonal flavors. In this interactive class, you’ll cook alongside the chef, learning essential techniques as you prepare each course from start to finish.

Together, we’ll begin with a hearty winter minestrone, then master the art of pan-searing sea scallops to achieve a golden crust and tender center. You’ll stir, season, and finish a herb-forward risotto, learning timing and technique that translate beautifully to home cooking. The evening ends on a sweet note with a silky pot de crème, a classic bistro dessert that’s simple, elegant, and deeply satisfying.

Designed for cooks of all levels, this experience is relaxed, social, and immersive—part class, part dinner party. Come ready to cook, taste, and enjoy a memorable bistro-style meal you helped create.
