In this interactive class, you’ll cook alongside the chef, learning essential techniques as you prepare each course from start to finish.
Together, we’ll begin with a hearty winter minestrone, then master the art of pan-searing sea scallops to achieve a golden crust and tender center. You’ll stir, season, and finish a herb-forward risotto, learning timing and technique that translate beautifully to home cooking. The evening ends on a sweet note with a silky pot de crème, a classic bistro dessert that’s simple, elegant, and deeply satisfying.
