Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way. Pasta dough will be prepared from scratch in advance to allow time to rise, during the class Chef Gina will walk you through making your own dough to take home. Then, learn the process of rolling and extruding fresh pasta dough to make a fabulous fettucine.
