This is a seated, interactive class designed for anyone who loves a good glass of wine. We’ll dive into the “why” and “how” behind each pour in an environment that is as fun as it is informative. Leading the way is the wonderful Rachel Driver-Speckan of Maverick Beverage Company. She’s a brilliant Sommelier who strikes that perfect balance of deep expertise and approachable charm. You’ll leave not just with a favorite new bottle, but with the stories and secrets that make these wines special.
To highlight the versatility of these wines, we’ll be serving South American-inspired small bites with 4 or 5 of the wines that are specifically designed to make the flavors in your glass sing.
Pro-Tip: Since we are serving small bites, we recommend making a reservation at one of downtown Libertyville’s amazing restaurants to round out your evening, then joining us for the main event!
Our wine tastings are high-energy, social, and a total blast. Whether you’re coming with friends or looking to meet fellow wine lovers, this is the ultimate way to spend a Saturday night.
If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
