1:00pm – 4:00pm

Attendee needs to be proficient in the kitchen and able to work with tools independently

Camp Attendees must register for the full week

 

Sample Recipes: Quick Breads/Cookies, French Pastries, Custards, Chocolate Desserts, Yeast Breads.

 

Our Culinary Campers and their Grown-Ups receive 10% discount on regular priced merchandise during the week of camp.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

I am a pastry chef currently working towards my bachelor's in food science while working as part of the culinary team here at The Joyful Gourmet. One of my goals in the kitchen is to make baking fun and approachable. As the evening store manager, I strive to make sure everyone has a great experience, whether it comes to introducing you to new kitchenware, sipping on a glass of wine or enjoying our cooking classes. When I'm not at work, I will either be working on my garden or nose deep in a book.
