Join Chef Laura Claude for a Hands-On Participation Cooking Class that’s as delicious as it is fun. With her industry insights and enthusiasm, Chef Laura turns the kitchen into a place of connection, learning, and seriously great food.
This class centers around a beautifully balanced Flank Steak menu that highlights bold flavors and simple techniques done well. Guests will create a bright, artichoke salad tossed with crisp romaine, roasted red peppers, shaved parmesan, and a lively red wine vinaigrette. Chef Laura shares her approach to perfectly marinated flank steak—infused with balsamic richness, cooked to tender perfection, and paired with sweet oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and golden garlic scallop potatoes.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
