Join us for a breezy French summer lunch that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. We’ll start with a classic Croque Monsieur, then build a vibrant Salmon Niçoise Salad full of color and crunch. To finish, you’ll bake a warm, custardy Cherry Clafoutis — the perfect sweet ending to a sunny afternoon in the kitchen.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
