- Pancake batter magic — You’ll learn how a simple pancake batter transforms into a fluffy, cake‑like topping once baked. The trick is keeping the batter slightly thick so it rises over the berries instead of sinking.
- Juicy fruit control — A spoonful of flour or cornstarch with the berries keeps the filling thick and glossy instead of runny.
- Learn how to perfectly crisp bacon for serving a group
Hands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
