Chateaubriand is a French Classic. This roast is a delectable and tender cut of beef that is typically taken from the center of the filet mignon and then seared to perfection for a juicy, tender, melt in your mouth steak. This will be a demonstration and chef side table event.
- Farro & Arugula Salad
- Boneless Chateaubriand with a coffee & Herb dry rub
- Whole potatoes and carrots roasted alongside the Roast (traditional cooking style)
- Dessert- a light chocolate Mousse
Recipes are not available for this evening’s meal but you will learn lots of tips and tricks as the chef walks you through how to make the dishes.
