Nutella Cheesecake Pâte Sucrée Cookie Cakes
Bake a sweet, simple cookie cake. Easy to accomplish details build your dessert into something a bit more elaborate to celebrate and present proudly. Join Baker & Hobbs Owner / Pastry Chef Cindy who will demonstrate and provide tips for making the cookie dough, cut outs, and cheesecake filling. Attendees will be provided their own baked cookie stack, pastry bag with filling for piping, and additional accoutrement to build an individual Cookie Cake to eat in-class or take home. A glass of sparkling wine or San Pellegrino will be served with this lovely dessert.
