Everyone needs new and exciting appetizer ideas, chefs are no exception, we need ideas too.

I came up with this class as a way to get creative with food yet not make it complicated when entertaining.

Chef Laura will be instructing a Hands on class for you to make some delicious appetizers to enjoy in class and at home.

Bacon Wrapped Dates,Eggplant Dip with Bread, Merguez Meatballs (Lamb, Harissa Paste, coriander seeds, garlic) with mint sauce, Salmon Sushi bits, fig goat cheese phyllo cups, and strawberries filled with cheesecake topped with crushed honeycomb candy pieces.

Hands on Class

A glass of wine will be served with these yummy small plates. Coffee and tea are complimentary.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
