Apple Baking Season!

As the weather cools down and fall arrives, it’s time for apple baking season.  On the menu today is a miso apple cobbler, which is a unique twist on a classic apple cobbler.  The dish features sweet and tart apples cooked with white miso paste, giving it a savory depth of flavor.  You will also learn how to make an apple tarte tatin.  This poplular French dessert consists of carmelized apples baked in a buttery pastry crust.  Chef Laura will be making this apple tarte tatin in a cast iron skillet.  These twists on the classic desserts are perfect for Fall and Winter!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
