You survived the holiday – treat yourself, let Chef Mario cook for you tonight. Beef Wellington is a classic for a reason – light pastry crust, savory mushroom layer and perfectly cooked tender beef, served with Au Gratin potatoes, a vegetable and a dessert.
There will be some participation if you would like.
The event cost comes with a glass of one of our wonderful wines. Additional available at very reasonable prices – we love our wines.
All participants will received a 10% discount on in store purchases during class
If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
