Cajun Cooking
Join Chef Matt Zagorski as he takes you on a culinary trip to “Nawlins”. In this class you will learn to make gumbo, jambalaya and a classic New Orleans dessert, Bananas Foster (this part will be demonstration). During class, chef Matt will offer a presentation on the history of New Orleans and the influences that created this very unique cuisine. This class is ideal for cooks just starting on the cajun cooking adventure! This evening is part 1 of a 2 class series.
