It’s cake decorating 101, Chef Liz is going to teach you the ‘how’ of making beautiful flowers, and educating you on the tools and techniques of creating your own special cake. There are so many piping tips, size of bags, all sorts of tools for carving, smoothing, its endless frankly, but oh so fun.
You will also know about consistency of icing, and the use of color, chocolate and white chocolate.
A Cake will be provided for you to decorate and take home or eat if you can’t wait.
We will have a Charcuterie to nibble on during class.
