The experience of someone cooking a homemade meal before your eyes, teaching you the tricks of the trade and telling stores is what Chef Dave does quite well. Â He has chosen a Mexican experience for a Tuesday night, but to get you out of the house, he’s added 2 flavored of Margaritas which he will make for you. Â There are many recipes for margaritas, everyone has special ingredient to make theirs ‘their way’. Lets see how Chef Dave makes his. (A great opportunity to ask questions)

Carne Asada (Marinated Flank Steak) with Lime, Avocado, Cilantro
Nopales (Grilled Cactus), a common vegetable in Mexico
Mexican Rice made with tomato, garlic, onions and authentic spices.
A glass of wine and charcuterie board will be serve with dinner.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
