Chef Liz is joining me in my pursuit to make cooking easy, delicious and fast and at the same time elevate your skills to make cooking fun and hassle free

Casual Cuisine is a new class I’ll be teaching twice a month on Tuesday nights.  The menu will focus on easy weeknight meals that are full of flavor yet not take hours to prepare.  Each class you will learn some basic knife skills, cooking techniques, and tricks of trade to make cooking fun and easy.  Most classes will be full participation yet there might be come exceptions due to time constraints.   I hope you will join me for a fun night out with friends and leave class with new ones.

This Pork Tenderloin will be made with a dry rub. You will learn the difference in a dry verses wet rub when it comes to flavor and ways to cook it.

You will understand ‘Roasting Brussel sprouts and Cauliflower along with some knife skills

You’ve heard of a Pineapple Upside down cake, well, Chef Liz is going to change things up and have you make a Blood Orange upside down cake.

Make some flavored butter to be served with warm bread during your meal.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
