Chef Liz is joining me in my pursuit to make cooking easy, delicious and fast and at the same time elevate your skills to make cooking fun and hassle free
Casual Cuisine is a new class I’ll be teaching twice a month on Tuesday nights. Â The menu will focus on easy weeknight meals that are full of flavor yet not take hours to prepare. Â Each class you will learn some basic knife skills, cooking techniques, and tricks of trade to make cooking fun and easy. Â Most classes will be full participation yet there might be come exceptions due to time constraints. Â I hope you will join me for a fun night out with friends and leave class with new ones.

I love a Taco Tuesday, especially when the Tacos are authentic.
Chef Liz will assist the class in making Tacos de Asada and Chorizo, these are family recipes with spices from hispanic markets to create them authentic foods. Â The meat is a prime piece of Sirloin.
A spiked Mangoada…..Chef Liz makes great cocktails.
