Come spend the morning with Celebrity Chef Gale Gand of Food Network “Sweet Dreams”. Internationally renowned Chef Gale will prepare 3 breakfast breads – pear streusel coffee cake, pumpkin muffins, and blueberry scones. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a mimosa and learn techniques to perfect your morning baking! This is a demonstration event (not much participation) and please note that some seating may be high top tables just beyond our kitchen island to create some space between guests for safety & allow for better visibility.
Pastry Chef Gale Gand has two James Beard Awards, had the Michelin two star restaurant Tru in Chicago, owned Vanilla Bean Bakery, hosts Food Network’s “Sweet Dreams”, and authored 8 books. She worked with Julia Child, makes Gale’s Root Beer, went to La Varenne in Paris, is a Pie Contest Judge, and has Kitchen Sisters Cooking School. More info: www.galegand.com
