Participation: This is a hands-on class helping chef prep the ingredients. Those interested can assist in making the dinner or sit back and enjoy the experience.

Menu:

Beef Enchiladas, corn and flour tortillas

Elotes (Mexican Street Corn) on the Cob

Caldo de camaron (mexican shrimp soup)

Ice cream nachos

Margaritas

What you will learn:

Making Enchilada sauce from scratch

What are Ice Cream Nachos?

Venezuelan soup using Tortillas as a thickener

Knife Skills with vegetables – carrots, potatoes, garlic

The perfect Margarita

A margarita will be served with dinner. A glass of wine can be substituted. Additional glasses of wine can be purchased at the wine bar. Soda, beer and Pellegrino are also available for purchase. Tea and Coffee are complimentary.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
